Our story

From a handful of apartments to a portfolio across Northaven.

After learning the property business from the inside, Oysten established his own company in Hallefjord. What began with short-term apartments for visiting maritime workers grew steadily through recommendations and long-standing client relationships.

Today the portfolio includes coastal lodges, family retreats, executive accommodation and a small number of carefully selected commercial spaces.

Oysten remains directly involved. Guests, businesses and property owners deal with someone who knows both the buildings and the communities around them.
